How to Order

For Personal Orders

To place an order,  there are a few options we are working on:.

 1. Kindly visit our ONLINE SHOP .

• Add any required items: using the drop down menu, select the colour/print and quantities into  the cart.
• Based on your  cart contents. options for shipping will be  provided, kindly select the relevant option based on the city the items will be shipped to and follow the instructions  to the payments page.  
• You are able to pay by either  by credit/ debit card  or  Bank Transfers / Deposits.
• Your order will be processed when payments have been received and update emails will be  sent to confirm the  progress of  your order. 

 2.  Kindly send us an email 

• stating   a list of the items you require, including 
• Colours/ prints, 
• Quantities
• Your  shipping address to:

• We will generate  an invoice along with a payment link to your email address. 
• Please follow the instructions on the link to make  payment. 
• Your order will be processed when payments have been received and update emails will be  sent to confirm the  progress of  your order. 

Kindly note: 

• Depending on  location, shipping usually takes 3-7 working days
• We do not currently offer express delivery, should you currently have a delivery deadline , you can still let us know and we will  see how best we can accommodate your request, however we are unable  to provide any guarantees.
• We do not offer collection or pay-on-delivery options at this present time. Apologies for any  inconveniences

3.  Gift Option:

• This option will allow you buy a gift voucher for a friend which they can then redeem in our online  store. 
•   Go to our online store at HERE
• Select the value and quantity your require from  the GIFT VOUCHER option, and add to cart. 
• Follow the instructions for check out.
• Check out using our secure payment routes.
• A gift voucher code with pre-paid value will be  emailed to you shortly after  in the form of a PDF document.  You can either forward this email or print  off the PDF and give it to the recipient 

To Redeem a Gift  Voucher: 

• Go to our online store at HERE
• Add the items to your  cart
• Follow the instructions for check out and enter your address for delivery.
• At the checkout, use the unique discount code provided on your voucher in the Discount code section.
• The value will be deducted from your cart for qualifying items. Please note that delivery charges need to be paid separately.
• Check out using our secure payment routes.
• Your items will be processed and delivered to you shortly after.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)  of certain products are required.
